Land Matters, Inc. is a Land Agent for ITC and its subsidiary, Michigan Electric Transmission Company, LLC, in West Michigan and other portions of the state. Since 2008, our work for ITC includes land rights analyses, landowner notifications related to upcoming vegetation management and transmission line construction work, and the securing of necessary property rights for constructing transmission lines and substations. Land Matters also serves as a field liaison in resolving landowner concerns before, during, and after the completion of transmission line projects for ITC.
